YouTube provides so much game film it’s not even funny!  Here are some fantastic live footage ladder rescue shots that we all can use as training reps.  Think about what your company and department would do in these situations.  What lengths of ladders do you have on your apparatus and how would you deploy them?  Learn from the goods and the bad’s of all these videos and try to realistically assess how you and your company would function in these scenarios.  Where can we increase efficiency?  What do citizens actually do when waiting on us to arrive?  Where should we ladder first and second and third based on arrival conditions?  Solid work by these crews in making a difference for THEM.
